Vicky and Kim met on the ski slopes, cheering on their children who were part of the same team. Between downhill runs and après-ski chats (their favourite part!), they discovered more than a friendship—they found a shared vision of health and well-being.
Both Nurse Practitioners, they’ve always been driven by a desire to support their patients with empathy and care. But it was through exploring aesthetic medicine that they discovered something more: a world of natural, proven solutions to improve the health and appearance of the skin—without artifice or overdone transformations.
Guided by their passion for medical aesthetics, their clinical precision (and let’s admit it, their love for a good challenge), they founded VK Derma. Their mission? To offer safe, natural, and personalized aesthetic treatments based on thorough clinical assessments and tailored care plans.

A registered nurse since 2008, Vicky completed her master’s degree in 2015, earning her designation as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care. In 2023, following extensive training in women’s health and bioidentical hormone therapy in both Quebec and the U.S., she chose to focus her practice on women’s health.
Convinced that well-being comes from both hormonal balance and self-confidence, she integrated aesthetic medicine into her broader health approach. With clinical expertise and a keen sense of listening, she offers personalized, natural solutions that bring harmony between inner wellness and outer beauty.
A registered nurse since 2007, Kim completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013 and has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care ever since. With nearly 20 years of experience, she co-founded Santé Praticienne Plus, one of the first NP-led clinics in Quebec—known for its innovative approach to healthcare.
Driven by a deep interest in aesthetic medicine, she combines clinical rigour with a natural aesthetic approach to deliver safe, tailored treatments. Believing that wellness is rooted in overall balance, she advocates for helping patients feel good in their skin—physically and mentally. Julie has been a registered nurse since 2008 and has developed extensive expertise over the years, with over a decade of experience in critical care. She’s also worked in digestive endoscopy, pre-op, and recovery room settings, where her leadership and precision earned her a chief nursing position overseeing these departments.
