Vascular lesions occur when blood vessels become fragile, dilate excessively, or multiply abnormally. This condition can be influenced by several factors: <\/p>

– Genetic factors: Predisposition to rosacea, spider veins, or angiomas.
– Prolonged exposure to the sun: Weakening of the capillaries and the appearance of diffuse redness.
– Skin aging: Loss of elasticity in blood vessels, leading to their permanent dilation.
– Circulatory disorders: Poor venous circulation leading to the development of spider veins, particularly on the legs.

– Telangiectasias: Small, dilated blood vessels visible beneath the skin, forming fine red or purplish lines, often located on the face, nose, cheeks, and legs. They are frequently associated with rosacea. <\/p>

– Spider veins: Small bluish or purplish veins, mainly found on the legs and thighs, caused by poor blood circulation. They are more superficial than varicose veins and generally do not cause pain. <\/p>

– Rosacea (couperose): Diffuse redness on the face (cheeks, nose, chin) caused by permanent dilation of small blood vessels. It is often associated with rosacea and can worsen over time. <\/p>
